Itec’s National Resolution Centre (NRC) drives efficiencies for clients by centralising client interaction and streamlining support. Covering the full range of Itec solutions, the NRC provides a fully automated resolution process. Where required, service requests are escalated for personal intervention and resolution by an appropriately skilled technician.

Our 300 strong team of technicians are supported by world-class systems that enable remote monitoring and fault resolution. When necessary, technical personnel are deployed to resolve technical issues on-site. Our service response times are recorded in the Service Level Agreement.
